Submission Preparation Checklist
As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
- The submission cannot have been previously published, nor is it submitted to another journal for consideration at the same time (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor). The submission file is in Microsoft Word or RTF document file format.
- The acceptable format for electronic submission is MSWord. All text, including title, headings, references, quotations, figure captions, and tables, must be typed, double-spaced, with one-inch margins all around. Please use a 12-point font.
- Abstract and keywords. All manuscripts must include an abstract and a few keywords. Abstracts describing the essence of the manuscript must be 150 words or less. Authors should select keywords from the menu on the manuscript submission system so that readers may search for the article after it is published.
- Please attach a separate file containing information about the author(s), a short bio and contact information (mailing address and phone number). Abstracts can also be attached as separate documents. In case of multiple authors, please attach a file with all author's information.
